A dispatch line, not a storefront
We run a 24/7 dispatch line for plumbing problems. When you call (855) 575-2890, a person listens to the problem, asks a few questions, and sends a licensed and insured plumber to your door. Same-day appointments are available when the schedule allows.
The shop address is 300 Riverwalk Terrace in Jenks, but you do not need to visit it. The work happens at your home or business. There is no online booking and no form to fill in, so the phone is the only way to reach us.
We cover Jenks and the nearby towns of Glenpool, Bixby, Sapulpa and Kiefer. Each town has its own page with the ZIP codes we dispatch to.
How the price is set before anyone turns a wrench
We give you a clear price before work starts. The plumber looks at the problem, explains what needs to be done, and tells you the cost. If you say no, nothing starts.
We do not publish exact prices on this site, because a stuck drain in a ground-floor bathroom and a backed-up main line are very different jobs. Access, parts, the time of day and how much needs to come apart all change the number. The honest way to price plumbing is to see the problem first.
If the price changes because the plumber finds something new, such as a corroded shutoff valve behind a wall, that is discussed with you before the extra work begins.
Check any plumber's licence in two minutes
You should not take our word for our credentials, or anyone else's. The state makes verification easy. Oklahoma law lets an individual do plumbing on their own residence, according to Title 59, but anyone working for pay needs a Construction Industries Board licence.
- Know who licenses plumbers. The Oklahoma Construction Industries Board licenses plumbing apprentices, journeymen and plumbing contractors.
- Use the online lookup. The board publishes a license search at oklahoma.gov/cib, and its consumer guidance page is titled Are They Licensed.
- Ask for the name and licence. Any plumber who comes to your door should be able to tell you who they are and what they hold.
- Match it to the work. A journeyman and a plumbing contractor hold different licences, so ask who is responsible for the job.
You can verify any plumber's licence with the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board. Do it for us and for every other company you consider.
What we do not do
Being clear about limits saves you a wasted call.
No forms or email requests
We do not take quote forms or booking requests online. Every job starts with a phone call.
No health advice about water
We can talk about taste, staining, sediment and filters. We do not diagnose health effects of water, so ask your physician about that.
No electrical work
A plumber can shut off power to a water heater. Rewiring a panel or a circuit needs a licensed electrician.
No roofing
If water comes through the ceiling because of a roof leak, you need a roofer. We can tell you if the source is plumbing instead.
No price promises by text
We do not quote numbers in advance of seeing the problem. The price comes on the call or at the door, before work.
What Jenks homes tend to call about
Census ACS data for 2020 to 2024 puts the median year a Jenks home was built at 2006, and only about 16 percent of homes predate 1980. That means the common calls here are water heaters reaching the end of their tank life, builder-grade fixtures, supply lines, disposals and drains, not worn-out original piping.
There are older pockets, especially near the downtown and Main Street area. If your house is one of them, expect the plumber to look at shutoff valves, old drain materials and fittings that have not been touched in decades. Tell us the age of the house when you call.
Nearby Sapulpa leans older. The same Census data shows a median build year of 1977 there, with more than half of homes built before 1980, so calls from Sapulpa more often involve aging drain lines and tired supply plumbing. See the Sapulpa service page for details.
What to have ready when you call
A few details make dispatch faster and the first visit more useful.
- Your address and town. Jenks, Glenpool, Bixby, Sapulpa or Kiefer, plus the ZIP code if you know it.
- What you see and hear. Water on the floor, a gurgling drain, no hot water, a running toilet, a smell, or a stain on a ceiling.
- What you have already done. Whether you closed the main shutoff, plunged a drain, or reset the water heater.
- Rough age of the house or fixture. A new build and a 1960s home call for different checks.
- A safe way in. Clear a path to the sink, heater or cleanout so the plumber can get to work.
Gas smell? Do not call a plumber first
If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. A plumber can help with a gas line later, once the utility says it is safe.
Where to go from here
If you already know the problem, start with drain cleaning, water heater repair or leak detection. The full services list shows everything we dispatch for.
If you are not sure what is wrong, just call. Describing what you see is enough for dispatch to decide what kind of visit makes sense.
Questions about how this works
We operate as a 24/7 dispatch line. You speak to dispatch, and a licensed and insured plumber is sent to your address. The Riverwalk Terrace address is the business address, not a walk-in counter.
Yes. The plumber explains the problem and gives you a clear price before any work begins. You can decline at that point.
Use the license lookup from the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board at oklahoma.gov/cib. It lists plumbing apprentices, journeymen and contractors.
No. We are call only, so there are no forms and no booking portal. Call the line at any hour.
We do not diagnose health effects of water. We can discuss taste, staining and filtration, and your physician or the City of Jenks water quality report are better sources for health questions.
